At Deals Headcovers Store, we’re committed to getting your premium golf headcovers to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing times.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium golf headcovers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right!
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of golf equipment protection, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized headcovers (including any items from our “Adams,” “Akira,” “Bubba,” or other branded collections that may have been customized)
- Opened or used tools from our “Covers & Tools” collection
- Any items that show signs of wear or have been used on the course
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability. To process an exchange:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
